I like the way you die, boy.
So IT, based on Stephen King's book, is right around the corner, just about a week away, and it's shaping up to be an incredible movie. Stephen King himself apparently got to see an early screening, and he loved it. And Tim Curry that Bill Skarsgård was an excellent choice to play Pennywise. What are your thoughts about it?

Fun bit of trivia: In universe, It has a pretty well defined hibernation period of about 27-30 years. Why do I mention this? Well, you remember the miniseries with Tim Curry? It aired in 1990...27 years ago. I don't know if it was intentional or just fortuitous timing on the part of the production team, but either way, I think the timing is neat.

Finally got around to catching It yesterday, and man, I can't remember the last time I had that much fun during a horror movie. All of the actors were great and I loved the creature effects. And Bill's take on Pennywise was perfect, and this is coming from a big Tim Curry fan. And that projector scene... probably my favorite of the flick. xD

And don't get me started on that freakin' flute lady. Jeeeeeez. xD

I was happy with it. theres not alot of remakes that I like because most of the time they fail horribly. this one was great!
