So, based on everything we've seen in the main and side comic, is it possible that she never made it through all five stages? From what I've noticed, she seems to be "manipulating" the history of what really happened to her.

Also, I don't know why, but in the last panel, her head looks butterfly shape.

Wow, when I think about it, isn't that most likely what pressured him to kill himself in the first place?

What everyone was telling him what he should and shouldn't be, lumping all responsibility and targeting him for what others considered weakness?

When I think about it and look at it from all angles, it feels like no one is really blameless in all this. Not her. Not their brother. Not the father. Not their people. It's just a funny feeling that leaves me kind of sad if not a bit hollow as well.
