Well, I think we all know what Mora meant in regards to her advice to Digit in the last strip about Alej being like an open book! And nicely done on incorporating that if you give a mouse a cookie joke!

Ah, this version had the speech bubbles right, thought I had lost it. Its nice to see some civil manners here.

And the flustered Alej in panel 3 is so freaking adorable!!

Well this is nice, Mora and Alexjandra getting along. Although I thought they would be starting a poker game right now but I guess some chatting and drinking wine is more Alejandra's thing. I wonder if the cookie giving will get some more detail later. Also I have to agree, Alexjandra in panel 3 is just adorable.

First, I concur with the others about Alejandra looking pretty darn cute in the third panel. The way she's shyly sipping into her drink and how Chalo drew her eyes totally nailed the look.

Second, it's neat to see the two made it official and are dating. Tootsie is a near-and-dear friend of Alejandra's, so it makes sense that they'd hit it off, at some point. However, I can't help but wonder if Alejandra will get some flak for this from others within her work environment (e.g., members of the board, other employees). I imagine most of them don't care, but there's probably one or two that question the professionalism of her dating her assistant.

Lastly, Mora's little quip about Alejandra's bra and the mouse-cookie gag is pretty amusing. Leave it to your fellow cowgirl to notice when your chest has adjusted in size and whether you're wearing a bra.

So... I conclude 2 things from the last panel:
    • Alej is either too busy to spend time finding a bra that fits, or she's too busty to find one that could fit (which raises questions about Mora, who is almost the same size as Alej).
    • Since the last time the pair had seen Mora, Tootsie made Alej a custom-fitted bra to address the above fact.
    Is my logic sound?

Give a Tootsie a cookie, she drinks Alej's milk.

I've noticed this a few times in the past. I find it odd that the primes would use animal euphemisms and similes to refer to themselves despite not being related to their animal counterparts in any way.
