HOLY SNAP! This escalated quickly!
To be honest, I'm not at all surprised that Meier would act in this particular manner given everything we've seen him done with Frank thus far and his mannerisms with that human agent following him. I will say that I'm digging the perspective on this one.

I'm still trying to think of his motives. Does this guy really want money? Does he want to watch the world burn? Is he trying to start a war between humans and vul?
In issue 5 there's a snippet of dialogue that hints at *quite* a bit of motivation.
